These Terms of Service govern the relationship between LTD Customs (a division of TEAMLTD Lifestyle Brand) and clients who submit quotes, approve mockups, or place orders for custom merchandise through ltdcustoms.com.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the product type, quantity, decoration method, and artwork provided at the time of quoting. Changes to any of these factors may result in a revised quote.
You are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, logos, and designs submitted to LTD Customs are owned by you or properly licensed. By submitting artwork, you represent that you have the legal right to use it. LTD Customs is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement arising from client-supplied artwork.
If we provide design services, the design remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the final production-ready files are transferred to you for use on the ordered products.
Before production begins, we provide digital mockups for your approval. Production starts only after you provide written approval of the mockup. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made without additional charges.
Typical production is 2–3 weeks for stock apparel and hats, 4–6 weeks for fully-custom headwear, and 10–14 weeks for fully-custom cut-and-sew garments, from mockup approval. Rush production is available for an additional fee. Shipping timelines depend on the carrier and destination. LTD Customs is not responsible for carrier delays.
If an in-hand date is specified, we will communicate whether it is achievable before production begins. We do not guarantee delivery dates affected by factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, force majeure).
Because custom merchandise is produced to your specifications, all sales are final once production begins. Defective or incorrectly produced items will be replaced or credited at our discretion. Report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, as materials and labour will have been committed to your order.
LTD Customs' liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from delays, defects, or other issues with your order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
