Does it cost anything to use the Hat Lab?
No. Designing a hat here is free and needs no account. Pricing comes with your quote.
What happens after I send my design?
We reply within 48 hours with a quote for each quantity you picked. Before anything is stitched, you approve a proof with the exact thread colours, logo sizes and placement.
What's the minimum order for custom hats?
Custom hats start at 50 per design. You can ask us to quote 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 in the same request.
Which hat styles can I build?
Three: a structured 5-panel snapback in cotton twill, a performance snapback with laser-perforated sides that's water-resistant, and a semi-structured 5-panel with a softer, lower crown. Each style links to a finished TEAMLTD hat so you can see the real thing.
What logo file should I upload?
A PNG with a clear background shows best in the Hat Lab, and JPG, SVG and WebP work too. For production, send the cleanest file you have, ideally a vector (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG).
Is the mockup exactly what I'll get?
It's a close preview, built on photos of our own hats with your logo stitched in at real size. Exact thread colours and placement are confirmed on your proof before production.
Can I add a logo on the side?
Yes. Turn on the side logo to use a second file or a small version of your front logo on the right side panel, sized to fit the space we stitch.
