Custom hats, apparel and merch programs for brands, teams, venues and events, designed and decorated at our workshop in Mississauga, Ontario. Headwear is the flagship: snapbacks, truckers, rope hats, 5-panels and toques. We also build apparel, golf tournament kits, festival drops, team jerseys and staff gifting.
Not in the way people usually mean it. Promo merch is built to be handed out. Ours is built to be worn: retail-grade blanks, dense 3D embroidery and finishes most promo shops can't run. If the hat wouldn't sell in a store, we don't put your logo on it.
A supplier starts with a catalogue. We start with the brief: who's wearing it, where, and what it needs to say. Then we build the piece to retail standard, decorate it in-house, and QC it before it ships. Same bar we hold our own TEAMLTD hats to.
Domestic orders start at 25 pieces. Fully-custom Workshop hats, built from your own crown, materials and trims, start at 50 per style.
Quotes come back within 48 hours. Stock hats and apparel with custom decoration typically run 2 to 3 weeks from mockup approval. Fully-custom Workshop hats run 4 to 6 weeks by air, or 8 to 10 by sea. Fully-custom cut-and-sew apparel runs 10 to 14 weeks. Your quote will carry the real dates for your job.
Yes. We ship from Mississauga to every province, or you can pick up at the workshop. Orders can also be split across locations.
Please do. We're at 505 Queensway E, Unit 1 in Mississauga, Monday to Thursday 10 to 6 and Friday 10 to 4. Handle the blanks, look at stitch samples, and put your logo next to real product before you commit.
Structured and unstructured snapbacks, mesh-back truckers, rope hats, 5-panels, dad hats, performance caps and toques. Every profile, in 60-plus colours per material.
A stock hat is a proven blank we decorate: fast, from 25 pieces, 2 to 3 weeks. A Workshop hat is built from scratch to your spec, with your own crown, materials and trims: from 50 per style, 4 to 6 weeks by air.
3D raised embroidery, flat embroidery, woven and PVC patches, chenille, faux leather, rubber patches, stitched or sublimated patches, brim rope, custom inside tape and a clasp flag at the back closure. Most builds mix two or three: puff on the front, a flat hit on the side, a tag on the back.
Raise the type, flatten the detail. 3D puff is right for bold block lettering that has to read across a room. Flat embroidery holds fine linework, small text and mascots where foam would swallow the detail.
Thread and fabric colours are matched as closely as the material allows. If an exact match matters, send Pantone values with your artwork and we'll flag anything that can't be hit before production.
Tees, hoodies, crewnecks, quarter-zips and outerwear on blanks people actually want to wear, screen printed or embroidered, sized and specced properly. Core and vintage-wash lines are our most popular.
Yes. Fully custom jerseys for beer leagues, tournaments and company teams, home and away sets, with names and numbers. Built to be worn hard.
That's most of what we do. One brief, one timeline, one team: headwear, apparel and accessories that land as a single considered drop, whether it's a holiday gift set or a festival run.
Yes. Coordinated pieces, woven-tagged in your brand and boxed ready to hand out. One holiday drop or an annual program.
Coordinated headwear, on-course apparel, and the accessories every foursome actually uses: towels, ball markers, divot tools, bag tags, coolers, and a winner's kit for the prize table. Priced per product or per player, your call.
Yes. Limited-run drops built to retail standard, vintage-style graphics on premium blanks, rope caps in every colourway. Good enough to sell at the gates. We've built for Sauble Beach Party, The KEE to Bala and Lucknow's Music in the Fields.
As early as you can. Stock decoration runs 2 to 3 weeks from approval, fully-custom hats 4 to 6, and you'll want product in hand before the gates open. Send the date and we'll tell you straight what's doable.
Your logo, the product you have in mind, rough quantity, colours and the deadline. Artwork is optional at this stage; we'll work with what you have. We come back within 48 hours with pricing and timeline.
Vector is best: .ai, .eps, .svg or a vector .pdf. High-resolution .png, .jpg or .psd works for many print methods. The quote form takes files up to 25 MB. Not sure what you've got? Send it anyway and we'll tell you what's needed.
Always. You approve a mockup showing placement, sizing, colours and decoration method before anything goes into production. Production timelines start from that approval.
Yes. Our in-house design team can help depending on the scope, from cleaning up a logo to building the artwork for a full drop. Add a note in the project details when you request a quote.
Yes, and it's the easy part. Because we decorated the first run, a reorder is a reprint, not a new project.
Everything ships from our workshop at 505 Queensway E in Mississauga, Ontario. No ocean freight on domestic runs, no customs limbo.
Yes. Orders can be split across locations, shipped to your door anywhere in the GTA or across Canada, or picked up from the workshop.
For the right program, yes: we hold your gear, pick and pack orders and ship them as they come in, on one monthly invoice. Ask about it when you request a quote.
A person who knows your job. Questions go to the team that built it, not a ticket queue. If something arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved mockup, tell us with photos and quantities and we'll make it right.
Send the question with the brief. A person answers within 48 hours.
