It depends on the blank, the decoration and the quantity, so we quote every job rather than posting a rate card. Heavier blanks, extra print colours and embroidery move the number; bigger runs bring it down. Send the brief with your quantity and artwork and the quote is back within 48 hours, in CAD, with no surprises after.
25 pieces. Screen printing gets cheaper per hoodie at 50 and up because the screen setup is a one-time cost. Under that, DTF or embroidery usually makes more sense, and we'll say so.
Stock blanks with custom decoration typically run 2 to 3 weeks from mockup approval. Fully-custom cut-and-sew fleece, built to your own spec, runs 10 to 14 weeks. Your quote carries the real dates.
