A toque is mostly knit, so the cuff is the whole stage. Three finishes cover almost every brief, and we'll tell you which one your logo wants.
Your logo stitched into the fold-over cuff, about four inches wide. The classic toque finish, with real thread density you can feel.
A woven label sewn onto the cuff for the retail look. It holds fine detail and small type that embroidery would blur.
A leather patch stitched onto the cuff for a heritage look. A good fit for outdoor, brewery and workwear brands.
Not sure which? Send the logo and we'll recommend one with the quote.

Images are digital mockups with LTD artwork. Yours gets a mockup with your logo before anything is made.
Minimal back and forth, with no surprise costs. Here's what happens after you send a brief.

DoneA toque cuff gives you about four inches of width, so simple marks win.
Stacked or square marks, the shapes that read best on a cuff. A wide wordmark shrinks to fit, and we'll tell you if it gets too small to stitch cleanly.
Fewer colours, the cleaner stitch. Flat-colour logos are ideal, and fine detail or gradients suit a woven label better than embroidery.
Vector files, the best starting point: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. A clear PNG or JPG works to start, and we'll tell you if it needs cleaning up.
A US 'deal' on custom toques looks good until FX, duties and brokerage land on the invoice. We quote in CAD, decorate in Mississauga, and ship to every province, so the number on the quote is the number you pay. If you're in the GTA, come and feel the knit first.
Custom merch in Toronto & the GTA →A toque is the winter piece of a kit. Hats, hoodies and tees on the same artwork land as one drop, on one timeline.
Custom hats → Custom hoodies →It depends on the knit, the finish and the quantity, so we quote every job rather than posting a rate card. Embroidery, a woven label and a leather patch each price differently, and bigger runs bring the number down. Send the brief with your quantity and artwork and the quote is back within 48 hours, in CAD, with no surprises after.
50 pieces. The minimum applies to the run, not to each colour, within reason. Send your colour split with the brief and we'll confirm.
Stock toques with custom decoration typically run 2 to 3 weeks from mockup approval. Your quote carries the real dates, and nothing goes to production until you've approved a mockup.
Embroidery for a simple logo you want stitched into the cuff. A woven label for the retail look and for fine detail or small type. A leather patch for a heritage feel. We'll recommend one when we quote, and the mockup shows it before anything is made.
About four inches wide on the cuff for embroidery. Stacked or square marks read best, and a wide wordmark is scaled to fit.
