FAQ

Straight answers for startup teams.

What is the minimum order for startup merch?

Domestic orders start at 25 pieces. Fully-custom Workshop hats, built from your own crown, materials and trims, start at 50 per style.

How long does a team order take?

Stock hats and apparel with custom decoration typically run 2–3 weeks from mockup approval. Fully-custom Workshop hats run 4–6 weeks by air, or 8–10 weeks by sea. Quotes come back within 48 hours and carry the real dates for your order.

What do you need from us to get started?

Your logo, the product you have in mind, a quantity, your colours and your deadline. Artwork is optional to start, and we will work with what you have.

Can I see the merch before it is made?

Yes. You see your logo on the product before anything is made, and we revise the mockup until it is right.

What can we put in an onboarding kit?

Hats, tees, hoodies, crewnecks and quarter-zips, plus gift pieces such as drinkware, duffle bags and toques. Everything can go on one brief and one timeline.

Can you ship to more than one office?

Yes. We ship from Mississauga, Ontario to every province, and orders can be split across locations.

Can we visit the workshop?

Please do. We are at 505 Queensway E, Unit 1 in Mississauga, Monday to Thursday 10 to 6 and Friday 10 to 4. Handle the blanks, look at stitch samples and put your logo next to real product before you commit to a run.

Do you only work with Toronto teams?

No. We are based in Mississauga, Ontario and ship custom merch to every province.
